Additional Staff

Community Midwives

The practice has a team of midwives that run a clinic every Wednesday afternoon providing antenatal and postnatal care.

Community Nurses

If you are confined to your home through frailty, illness or after an operation and require the help of a nurse, the surgery can arrange for you to be seen by a district nurse. They are also able to give advice on daily living aids, incontinence  and help for carers.

Health Visitors

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
